When this happens I focus on the things I am grateful for. I find it helps me balance things out.
A few things that I’m grateful for;
my wonderful wife, Lynn, her understanding and support mean a great deal to me
Shelby, even with her health problems and being blind she has a very good attitude
the people who share their life and stories on Facebook
Canada, what a great country we live in. It’s not perfect but neither are we
the ability to think and write
the internet as a tool for research, education and entertainment
I could list more but I know you understand what I’m saying.
